0260 (1)(a): Several toxins including laundry detergent, large containers of soap, PH UP chemicals, and more accessible on dryer and under sink in mud room, accessibled to children. Lysol wipes and hand soap container under kitchen sink, accessible to children where child safety lock does not work. 0265(5): Gate for outdoor storage area open where lawn tools (shovel), rat trap, and other equipment is accessible.
